Ex Urbe Dei
The EX URBE DEI project offers young participants the opportunity to follow the traces of Roman history in the oldest city in Germany and to work on a three-part vocal piece.
An architectural-musical tour through Trier was the occasion for a dialogue in which the youth topics of the present and antiquity are connected. In the preparatory phase, the young singers rehearse the vocal piece with a choirmaster and then record it. In addition, a music video is being created that stages the historical locations in a new way.
The young people get an active and creative approach to history through the singing work.
